Following the Herds' lead regular 3hr mini workshop

3hr meditation/mindfulness wellbeing mini workshop- exploring different ways of being with self through the influence of nature and the Intuitive Horse Herd.

These classes offer an opportunity to step away from the busy human world and immerse yourself with the herd and nature and their pace of life. No matter what the weather is doing come and discover what it truly means to be present to self and the environment whilst learning how to bring this into everyday life.

The classes offer the potential for:

·     Learning how to relax and quieten the mind

·     Learning how to observe your mind and how this can be helpful when it comes to managing the mind, emotions and behaviour states

·     Learning about horses and nature

·     Learning tools to take away and practice by yourself as a way of integrating them into a daily way of being

·     Exploring/reflecting on personal/professional issues

·     Learning how to increase your resilience in life

These classes are suited to anyone interested in their own personal/professional development.

No previous horse experience is necessary but if you are nervous of horses a 1-1 is recommended first.

These classes can be attended as a one off or on a regular basis, which is recommended to be able to thoroughly learn and integrate what the horses and nature have to show you.

We take a maximum of 6 people per class to ensure all participants are supported through this process.

Emma Ross, founder of Intuitive Horse leads these classes and has put them together off the back of having lived alongside the IH herd for over 15 years.

“I have the privilege of venturing out with them in all weather conditions all year round and have learnt so much from being able to learn how they cope in the rain, wind, hot sun, with the flies etc. Every season and weather change has a valuable insight and gift to share and the horses teach us this daily if we allow them to do so.”

The workshop goes ahead no matter the weather so participants should consider this when booking onto a class. Participants need to have waterproof clothing including trousers if it rains and proper warm clothing including gloves, warm hat etc. as there is no turning back once we are out with the horses. If attending in the heat please make sure you bring appropriate clothing to protect you from the sun.

Cost for the class: £90 or £80 if you book onto 3 sessions
